Today, Introduce the Konitan Project!
As you can see from the name, it was played in Japanese women’s professional baseball until this year.
This is a baseball project by Mika Konishi San.

Everybody is working hard in their own way.
And its because everyone loves baseball!
Everyone wants the development of women’s baseball!
I really respect her and what she is doing right now.
And I want to help that as can as possible!!!!

About the project
This project has been constructed by 3 members including Konishi San.
Mr. Hirose, one of the members, was a JICA volunteer in Brazil, two years ago.
When He was in there, there is a baseball girl. Her name is Emily Faleti (13 years old).
And her dream is Japan Women’s Professional Baseball Player.
Also, she is a big fan of Konishi San.
When He was going back to Japan,
Emily wrote a letter to Konishi San and she passed to him.
Then she told him, please give the letter to Konishi San…..

Emily serious thoughts are conveyed.
She is really working hard with boy’s players.
Everyday efforts with the goal of Japanese baseball.
I really want to support her.
They will go to Brazil from January 20th to February 5th, 2020.
and will go around the country where she is.
Alos will be donating baseball equipment, and have baseball classes.

What we can do for women’s baseball
“Women’s baseball level is going up” This is the most important thing in the development of women’s baseball.
And because Japanese women’s baseball is the world’s top-level, that’s why there are many things we can do.
